Sweet Pea Yoga
For busy modern families, Sweet Pea Yoga provides a centered, joyful space where you can tune out the noise and tune into each other. For over a decade, MetroWest parents and children have embraced Sweet Pea’s classes as a memorable and beloved way to learn yoga, have fun, and stay active.
Classes are intimately sized, never intimidating, and grouped into two distinct programs:
Under the loving guidance of owner and certified instructor Alexandra De Collibus, Sweet Pea Yoga offers valuable opportunities for whole families to connect – both inside and outside the classroom. Memorable events such as Valentines’ Day, Halloween, Father's Day Yoga, as well as monthly weekend gatherings, have already become family traditions. At Sweet Pea, no prior yoga experience is required and all abilities are welcome.
If your family is looking for a down-to-earth and welcoming community where your relationship to yoga and each other can grow, Sweet Pea Yoga can provide you the foundation you deserve.
Alexandra De Collibus is certified in all levels of IBY — Babies, Tots, Tykes and Little Families (sibling) and is certified in EmPowered Kids Yoga — a foundational yoga program for "big kids". Sweet Pea Yoga classes are currently being offered in Hopkinton, Southborough, Westborough, and Framingham, MA.
