The Montessori Children’s House (founded in 1982) provides an enriching
and loving environment for parents seeking a high quality traditional
Montessori experience for their children. MCH is unique in its commitment
to a small school setting where parents and teachers connect on
a daily basis .MCH enrolls children ages 2.9 years through their
kindergarten year and each class has approximately twenty children.
Both staff members have been teaching in the classroom together
since the school’s beginning. The reliability and stability of experienced
staff help to insure consistency in the classroom and good communication
with parents.
MCH honors the Montessori tradition of a single class of mixed
ages and abilities where children learn from each other. The goal
of the program is to assist in the development of the whole child,
foster a love of learning, foster a positive self esteem, and
