"Less is More" Birthday Party Extras
Less work for you allows you to enjoy the party more!
These birthday party extras are designed to help simplify your party planning and
make your sweet pea's birthday party a relaxing, fun and memorable experience.
Invitations
Sweet Pea Yoga can create beautiful birthday invitations, include all welcome letter and waiver info and even mail them out to your guests! We can make arrangements to have the party guests RSVP directly to you or we'd be glad to handle and follow up with RSVPs.
- Invitation Design & Mailing: $20 (includes all personalized paper invites and welcome letter design, printing & copying) for up to 10 invitations plus mailing costs.
- RSVP service: $5 for up to 10 invitations.
Opening Presents
The studio rental can be extended in 1/2 hour increments to accommodate the opening of presents. Sweet Pea Yoga will even keep track of the party gifts and who the gift is from so you can relax, enjoy and take pictures of this memorable day. You can leave the gift wrapping cleanup to us.
- Studio rental extension: $20 per 1/2 hour, detailed party
gift tracking is free. Please book the studio extension with
a minimum of 3-weeks notice as it is dependant on studio and
party host availability.
Goodie Bags
Leave the shopping to us! Fun and festive Goodie Bags can be bought and assembled by Sweet Pea Yoga according to budget. Goodie bags may include such gifts as stuffed animals, bubbles, coin purses, foam/simple puzzles, sidewalk chalk, crayons, play-doh, kazoos, stickers, pinwheels (for yoga breathing), decorative reusable cups, picture frames, and more. Food items can be excluded upon request. Food items would be non-candy. All goodie bag items will be assembled with the best and most fun age-appropriate goodies out there. Sweet Pea Yoga aims to find gifts that will get you the most for your money-to find gifts that will stretch your dollar farther but never resorting to "cheap" filler goodies. All shopping will be done outside of the big "party-stores" in order to find the most personalized and affordable goodies available for your budget. >
- Goodie Bag costs: You set your budget at $5, $8 or $10 per bag.
- Shopping & Assembly: $20 for up to 10 goodie bags (plus Goodie bag budget). Minimum 3 weeks notice.
Yoga Tees make for extra special gifts
Itsy Bitsy Yoga tees are always a memorable thank-you for your guests. With notice, we can provide each guest with an Itsy Bitsy Yoga tee. You can choose from a variety of styles, sizes, logos and budgets. You would receive a birthday discount for a minimum of 6 birthday tees. You could save you up to $3 off the retail price per tee!
- T-shirt Cost: T-shirts with birthday discount are $11 or $12/tee depending on the style.
Food & Drinks
Sweet Pea Yoga can book space, confirm the day of the party and even pre-order food at a handful of local child-friendly restaurants. Example, would you like to have a pizza party after the yoga party? Sweet Pea Yoga can make arrangements for your pizza order to be ready for you when you arrive. We can even buy your birthday plates, flatware, cups, napkins to go along with your party. Please note, Sweet Pea Yoga would not be available to host or set up birthday tables at the restaurant.
- Restaurant arrangements, food order and confirmation: $15
- Special party plates/cup arrangements: $15 shopping fee plus party-item costs.
